The AU Peer-Learning Train
The AU Peer-Learning Train, sponsored by the APRM/AU and conducted in partnership with the African Corporate Governance Network (ACGN), recently made a powerful stop in Ghana. Hosted by the Institute of Directors-Ghana, this landmark event brought together governance leaders from seven countries for an impactful exchange.
Over three days, representatives from Sierra Leone, Uganda, Côte d’Ivoire, Liberia, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe delved into shaping National Corporate Governance Codes, drawing inspiration from Ghana’s successful model and the African Principles & Guidelines. The ACGN was proud to partner in facilitating a dynamic platform for these leaders to connect, share insights, and build a stronger foundation for corporate governance across the continent.
